Winery visits - Presently, most cellar doors require bookings. 
Transport Options - Cessnock Taxi Service p. 02 4990 1111 for Standard Cabs (up to 4 pax) or Maxi Taxi's (5 to 11 pax). There is also ample free day or overnight parking for vehicles available at our location (excludes camping).

Our Hire Shop is Open Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday: 9.30am – 5.00pm  (Usually Closed Tuesday & Wednesday).

Grapemobile Electric Bikes
- Electric bikes are only available to Adult riders & not taken off-road.
- Electric Bikes limited to the Central Pokolbin Wine Region
- Electric bikes cannot be fitted with baby seats or toddler attachments
 Grapemobile Eco-trail - Conventional Bikes
- Limited to our mostly off-road bike eco-trail & participating cellar doors
- Some can be fitted with baby seats & toddler attachments

Balance & Counter Sales
Balance is payable on the day of hire.
​We accept Cash, or Eftpos Mastercard, Visa & Amex.
Sorry, we are unable to provide any cash withdrawals.

Cancellations & Refunds
Upon booking you agree & accept that cycling is an outdoor activity subject to all weather conditions, and you are confirming that you, and all of your fellow participants, are in good health, and capable, competent bike riders.
You are strongly recommended to obtain Travel Insurance to cover any potential loss relating to Cancellation, for any reason, including Covid.
  1. Cancellations within 24 hours of the day of hire, are generally non-refundable.
  2. Cancellations prior to 24 hours of the day of hire will receive the option of a Gift Card or rescheduling.
  3. Full refunds for cancellations may be applied if we are successfully able to re-hire your bike for the same hire period.
  4. Customers will receive the option of a full refund, gift card or rescheduling in the case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforseen circumstances 

Q: What is the policy in wet weather? 
A: If it is pouring rain at our cellar door at your scheduled bike pick-up time, and not just a passing shower, we generally offer wet weather ponchos or, at our discretion, a full refund, rescheduling to another date, or a Gift Certificate.
Unfortunately, we are unable to react to weather app or other predictions concerning weather that hasn't actually occurred, due to the historical inaccuracy of such predictions.
Given that cycling is an outdoor activity, consideration should be given that weather conditions may change during the hire period, and appropriate protective clothing should be provided by the hirer and carried or worn as deemed necessary.
