COVID19 - Due to changing circumstances during this time, we are unable to guarantee or specify the handling or availability of wine tastings by cellar doors. Presently, most cellar doors require bookings.
Bus Pick-up/return - Unfortunately, due to social distancing requirements, we are unable to offer our optional bus pick-up/return transport service from your accommodation to our hire shop. 
Alternative Transport Options - Cessnock Taxi Service p. 02 4990 1111 for Standard Cabs (up to 4 pax) or Maxi Taxi's (5 to 11 pax). There is also ample free day or overnight parking available at our location.
Current Operating Hours - Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon 9am - 5pm. (also open Mon Public Holidays). Other days by special arrangement, subject to availability.

Important Information

Our Hire Shop is Open Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday: 9.00am – 5.00pm  (Tuesday & Wednesday by special arrangement).

- All hires include mountain bikes, helmets, bottled water & sunscreen
- Maps & tour suggestions also provided 
- All hires, packages & options are subject to availability.

Grapemobile Electric Bikes
- Electric bikes are only available to Adult riders & not taken off-road.
- Electric Bikes limited to the Central Pokolbin Wine Region
- Electric bikes & standard bike types cannot be mixed with conventional bike hires
 Grapemobile Conventional Bikes
-Limited to our mostly off-road bike trails & participating cellar doors
​- Tandem hire requires 2 paying persons
- Child bikes & baby seats must form part of an Adult’s Bicycle Hire
- Our bike hire package including VIP passes is restricted to designated
- Private bikes are not permitted
-Local Bus’n’bike hire packages include bus pick up & return in the local Cessnock/Pokolbin region. Pick up times advised at time of booking.
Bus returns are unscheduled & usually made late afternoon up to 6.00pm.
Bus pick up & return outside of our local region subject to approval and may incur additional cost.

Adult Bicycle Hire & Child Equipment
To avoid disappointment, Bookings are advisable. 
Booking deposit amounts are $20 per person.
Bookings are not confirmed unless deposits are received.

Please note: At times of high demand, all pre-booked patrons take service preference over walk-ins. We therefore apologise in advance for any unexpected wait time that may be experienced.

Bus Pick-up/Return Option
Bookings are essential.
Please check bus availability and provide your accommodation name address or pick-up point for approval within our local region prior to booking.

Booking Procedure 
To make a booking, please contact us to confirm our availability, then phone us on 0448 987 660 with your credit card details to place a holding deposit of $20pp.

Balance & Counter Sales
Balance is payable on the day of hire.
​We accept Cash, or Eftpos Mastercard & Visa.
Sorry, we are unable to provide any cash withdrawals.

Cancellations & Deposit Refunds
Though we pride ourselves on being considered very fair-minded, please be aware that deposit refunds due to cancellation for whatever reason, including weather, or weather predictions, although given due consideration, always remain at the absolute discretion of the Managing Director. Cancellations may incur up to $20pp administration charge.

We serve Great Coffee too! .... and at only $3 bucks (under 2 Euros!) a cup, unbelievable value by World Standards!
